The Beam Splitter is designed to shear I-Beams/Wide Flange Beams into two “T” shaped beams. It can cut beams ranging in sizes as specified by the diagram below (the minimum inside dimension is 3 ¾”). The guide entry system (also pictured below) leads the beam into of the shear blades. The main control is wired to accommodate a preheat/quenching system, which would be supplied by the user. With this add-on, the machine becomes a stand-alone workstation to complete the shearing process.
