A recent project is pictured here.  Yes it did go back together. Yes it did work. Yes, it continues to be used in production.  

The idea here is to save money by reconditioning and/or repairing older equipment.  We have repaired paper handling equipment, bottling equipment, large electrical switches for a local power company, etc..  Obviously, specifications become more important as the complexity of the equipment increases and if it's electromechanical, no problem.  Why buy new it your current equipment can do the job?

Capabilities

All equipment is refurbished or repaired at our plant, therefore the equipment must be shipped or delivered to our facility.  Equipment weight should not exceed 1500 pounds.  Before accepting a job it may be necessary for our personnel to visit your location to determine the scope of the job.  Smaller equipment can be delivered to our plant for evaluation.  Part of the evaluation is to establish the test criteria which must be met prior to shipment. 

Step #1

The equipment is evaluated and a primary estimate is given.

Step #2

The equipment is disassembled (the process is video taped), parts are examined and a final estimate is given with a projected completion date.

Step #3

Replacement parts are purchased or manufactured (after CAD drawings are prepared) in our plant.

Step #4

The equipment is reassembled, tested and shipped.
